The Basics

What is The 100 Movement?

The 100 Movement is a 100-day group accountability challenge. 100 people. 100 days. 100 challenges. Starting September 23, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026. You compete within your group for a $1,000 group prize, and the top scorer across all groups wins a growing overall prize pool - on top.

When does it start and end?

The 100 begins on September 23, 2026 and ends on December 31, 2026. 100 days. The last 100 days of the year.

What are the two levels?

The 100 ($100) - 100 days of daily challenges. Your group of 100. Compete for the $1,000 group prize. The highest scorer across all groups wins the full prize pool on top - which grows by $1,000 every time a new group locks in.

How big is each group?

Groups lock at exactly 100 people. No partial groups. Ever. If you register and your group has not yet reached 100, you will be placed in the next available group. Any remaining players at the registration deadline are drafted into the next level.

The Challenges

How are challenges delivered?

All challenges are delivered via Skool. You will receive access to your group's Skool community upon registration. One challenge per day for 100 consecutive days.

How do I prove I completed a challenge?

You must upload a photo or video of your completed challenge to the Skool community on the day of the challenge. Late submissions are not accepted.

What happens if I miss a day?

You do not earn the 0.5 points for that day. There are no makeups. There is no yesterday in The 100. Missing a day does not remove you from the challenge - you simply do not earn points for that day.

What are surprise challenges?

Surprise challenges may appear throughout the 100 days at any time. They are not announced in advance. Surprise challenges do not count toward your daily 1% score but may factor into community engagement scoring.

Can my content be used by The 100?

Yes. By participating, you grant Earf 3.0 LLC the right to use any content you submit - including photos, videos, and posts - for promotional and advertising purposes.

Groups, Teams and Partners

How are teams structured?

Each group of 100 is divided into 10 teams of 10 people. Your team is your inner circle inside the larger group. Teams meet virtually once every 10 days - 10 meetups over the course of The 100.

What is an accountability partner?

Within your team of 10, you are paired with one person as your main accountability partner for the full 100 days. You check in with your partner once every 10 days. Both partners must confirm each check-in for it to count toward your score.

What are live events?

10 live virtual events take place over the 100 days - one every 10 days. Events are hosted by The 100 Movement team or by participant groups on a rotating basis. Attendance is tracked and counts toward your score.

What counts as community participation?

You must submit a minimum of 3 original posts to your Skool community every 10 days. Original posts include challenge completions, personal reflections, progress updates, and encouragement of teammates. Reactions and comments alone do not count.

The Initiation

What is the initiation?

Before The 100 begins, every participant must complete their initiation. You handwrite on a piece of paper why you are here and what you intend to become during The 100. Then you submit it as a photo or video to the Skool community.

When does the initiation need to be completed?

Your initiation must be submitted before September 23, 2026 at midnight. You can complete it any time between registration and that deadline. No exceptions for late submissions.

Scoring and Prizes

How is the winner determined?

The winner of each group is the participant with the highest point total out of 100 possible points. Daily challenges are worth 50 points. The remaining 50 points are split equally across initiation, live event attendance, team meetups, community participation, and accountability check-ins. Full breakdown is in the Official Rules.

What do the winners receive?

Group prize: $1,000 to the highest scorer in each group of 100.

Overall prize pool: Starts at $1,000 and grows by $1,000 every time a new group locks in. The highest scorer across all groups wins the full pool - on top of their group prize. One person could walk away with $11,000 or more.

When is the winner announced and paid?

Winners are verified, announced, and paid no later than January 14, 2027. Earf 3.0 LLC reserves the right to audit any participant's submission record prior to awarding prizes.

Registration and Payment

Are there refunds?

No. Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Participation in The 100 is a commitment. The no-refund policy is a feature, not a flaw - it is one of the things that makes The 100 work.

How do I register?

Click Lock In on this site. You will be taken through a short entry experience and then to payment via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed you will receive access to Skool and your group.

What is the registration deadline?

Registration closes when your group reaches 100 participants or on September 23, 2026, whichever comes first. Do not wait.

Do I have to pay to enter?

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

Mail-in entries must be received before September 23, 2026. Mail-in entrants are subject to all the same rules and participation requirements as paid entrants.
