The 100 Movement is operated by Earf 3.0 LLC. When you register for The 100 Movement, interact with our website at the100movement.com, or participate in our Skool community, you are sharing information with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

We collect information in two ways - information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our site.

Information you provide:

• Name and email address at registration
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe
• Content you submit as part of the challenge including photos, videos, and written posts
• Communications you send to us via email

Information collected automatically:

• Basic analytics including pages visited and time on site
• Device and browser type
• IP address
• Referral source

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your registration and payment
• Communicate with you about The 100 Movement
• Manage your participation and track your progress
• Verify challenge completion and determine winners
• Use submitted content for promotional and advertising purposes as outlined in the Official Rules
• Improve our website and communications
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

By participating in The 100 Movement and submitting content to our Skool community - including photos, videos, challenge completions, posts, and reflections - you grant Earf 3.0 LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that content for promotional and advertising purposes.

This includes use on social media, the website, advertising materials, and any other marketing channels operated by Earf 3.0 LLC or The 100 Movement. You retain ownership of your content. We are not claiming it. We are claiming the right to use it to promote the movement you are part of.

We use trusted third-party services to operate The 100 Movement. These include:

• Stripe - Payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored by us.
• Skool - Community platform. Your activity on Skool is subject to Skool's own privacy policy.
• Mailchimp - Email communications. Your email address may be stored in Mailchimp for program updates.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your information subject to any legal or contractual obligations.

Please note that deleting your information may affect your ability to participate in or receive prizes from The 100 Movement.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which maintains PCI compliance. We do not store payment card information.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we do everything reasonable to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify participants via email or Skool if the changes are material.

Continued participation in The 100 Movement after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
