The 100 Movement is a 100-day accountability challenge running from September 23, 2026 through December 31, 2026. It is operated by Earf 3.0 LLC.
The 100 is a skill-based contest. Winners are determined entirely by points earned through completed, verifiable work. No element of the outcome is determined by chance. There is no drawing, no lottery, and no random selection at any stage.
Participants compete within groups of 100 across daily challenges, community participation, reflections, webinars, and two public submissions marking the beginning and end of the program.
By registering and submitting payment, participants agree to these rules in full, including the scoring system, conduct standards, content usage policy, refund policy, and verification process.
Entry fee. Entry is $110 USD, consisting of a $100 program fee and a $10 Commitment Fee. Both are charged together at checkout.
Eligibility. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Employees of Earf 3.0 LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible for prizes.
Registration closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on September 22, 2026. No entries are accepted after that time for any reason. Everyone begins on the same day.
Group placement. Participants are placed into groups of 100 in the order their payment is received. A group locks when it reaches 100 participants.
Skool access opens at 6:00 PM Eastern Time on September 21, 2026. Your player number and Initiation instructions are provided immediately after payment and by email.
The kickoff webinar begins at that moment and replays hourly until 11:00 PM Eastern Time on September 22 — what to expect, a walkthrough of these rules, and how Day 1 works. Attend any slot. It is not scored.
A public declaration posted before the program begins, tagged @levelxchallenge. Full instructions are provided immediately after purchase and by email.

Earf 3.0 LLC reserves the right to verify that a participant's public Initiation post was made on time before awarding any prize.
Worth 5 points. All or nothing.
One challenge is released each day for 100 consecutive days beginning September 23, 2026. Challenges are delivered through Skool.
The token. Each morning, along with the challenge, a token is announced — an ordinary household object such as a spoon, a sock, or a key. Your submission for that day must visibly contain that day's token. A photo must show it. A video must show it. A written submission must include a photo containing it.
The token confirms your submission was created that day. Submissions without the correct token do not earn points.
Deadline. Each day's submission must be posted to Skool by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the day the challenge is released. Late submissions are not accepted. There is no yesterday in The 100.
Value. 0.5 points per day. 100 days. 50 points total.
Your group of 100 is who you compete against. One winner per group.
Your group of 10 is your accountability circle. Each group of 100 is divided into ten smaller groups. This is where you talk about what is working, what is not, and what you are struggling with.
Cycles. The 100 days are divided into ten cycles of ten days each. Several scoring categories are measured per cycle.
No participant's score depends on the actions, attendance, votes, or confirmations of any other participant. Everything you earn, you earn on your own submissions.
Group posts — 10 points. Post in your group-of-10 thread at least twice per cycle. 1 point per cycle. Ten cycles.
Community posts — 10 points. Post three original posts of at least 75 words each to the main community per cycle. Reactions and comments do not count. 1 point per cycle. Ten cycles.
Reflections — 10 points. Submit one written reflection of at least 150 words per cycle on what changed, what held, and what did not. 1 point per cycle. Ten cycles.
Webinars — 10 points. Ten sessions are released over the 100 days. Each replays hourly for 24 hours so every schedule and time zone can attend. To earn the point, watch a session and submit a written summary of at least 100 words. 1 point per session.
A public closing post made in the final ten days of the program, tagged @levelxchallenge and uploaded to Skool. Full instructions are provided in Skool.

After that time, there are no refunds. Not for dropping out. Not for missing days. Not for not winning. Not for disagreeing with a scoring decision. Not for removal under the conduct standards.
Two exceptions:
Unfilled groups. Participants who cannot be placed in a locked group receive a full $110 refund or a guaranteed seat in Level 2, their choice.
Cancellation by us. If Earf 3.0 LLC cancels the program before it begins, all participants are refunded in full.
- 01You can skip any challenge. You lose the points for that day. You do not lose your place in the program. No challenge is ever mandatory.
- 02Assumption of risk. Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for deciding whether any challenge is safe and appropriate for you, and for stopping if it is not.
- 03Medical clearance. Consult a physician before beginning, particularly regarding physical activity. If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or are under a doctor's care, get clearance first.
- 04Not professional care. The 100 Movement is an accountability program. It is not medical, psychological, nutritional, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.
- 05Release. By participating you release Earf 3.0 LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation, and agree to hold them harmless.
- 06If you need help. If you are struggling with your mental or physical health, please reach out to a qualified professional. This program is not built to carry that, and there is no shame in stepping away.
- 01Content license. By submitting content to The 100 Movement or posting publicly with the program hashtag or tag, you grant Earf 3.0 LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content — including your name, likeness, voice, and player number — in any media for advertising and promotional purposes, without further notice or compensation. You confirm the content is yours, that you have the right to grant this license, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. This license survives the end of the program.
- 02Your data. Registration and participation data is processed through Stripe, Airtable, Skool, and our email provider. How we collect, use, and store it is described in our Privacy Policy.
- 03Disqualification. Earf 3.0 LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found submitting fraudulent proof of completion, violating the conduct standards, or manipulating the scoring system. Disqualified participants forfeit all points and prize eligibility without refund.
- 04Rule changes. Earf 3.0 LLC reserves the right to correct errors and clarify these rules. Participants are notified of any material change via Skool and email. Scoring categories and point values will not change after September 23, 2026.
- 05Disputes. Scoring disputes must be raised within seven days of the submission in question. All disputes regarding scoring, eligibility, or prize awards are subject to final determination by Earf 3.0 LLC.
- 06Technology. Earf 3.0 LLC is not responsible for submissions lost due to platform outages, internet failure, or participant device error. Participants are responsible for confirming their submissions posted successfully.
- 07Interruption. If the program cannot run as designed due to circumstances beyond our control, Earf 3.0 LLC may modify, suspend, or end it, and will award prizes based on points earned to that point.
